    Lotosport / LGT

The Lotosport.one lottery platform and the LGT token on the Axiome network

    1About the company

Lotosport.one is the undisputed leader of the lottery market in Central Asia, with a track record of 20 years of successful operation. Lotosport builds a culture of lottery participation in which transparency, fairness and trust come first.

    Our mission

To build a transparent and clear system for running lotteries, ensuring fair distribution of the prize fund and guaranteed payment of winnings. Our goal is to grow public trust in electronic lotteries.

    2Summary

Lotosport.one is a lottery platform that accepts balance top-ups in the LGT token. The token is issued on the Axiome network, its supply is fixed and amounts to 1,000,000,000 LGT. The platform operator is Lotosport Software Limitada, which operates under an Internet Gaming License issued by the Anjouan Gaming Board.

Lotosport lotteries are the company's own developments and are available only on the Lotosport.one platform

The token is needed by the platform as a means of topping up the balance: the more lottery participants there are, the greater the demand for LGT. The project's path consists of five stages: the token launch, the platform launch, the opening of staking, the growth of the geography of the Lotosport.one platform's operations, and the listing of the LGT token on other trading venues.

    3Problem and opportunity

An online lottery serving participants from different countries depends on payment infrastructure, which differs from market to market. Lotosport moves settlements onto a token: balance top-ups are made in LGT, and the history of token operations is open on the blockchain.

This creates a link between the product and the token:

    • a participant needs LGT to top up the platform balance;
    • growth in the number of lottery participants creates demand for LGT;
    • the token is traded on the market, so the participant has a clear way to enter and exit;
    • withdrawals are made in the same token, with no separate payment chain.

The token is a tool for using the Lotosport product.

4The platform and the lottery participant's journey

    Only our own

All Lotosport lotteries are developed in-house and exist only on the Lotosport platform. We do not use third-party lotteries and do not resell third-party solutions. As a result, the lottery participant gets a product that cannot be found anywhere else, and the project itself controls its development: the rules, the mechanics and the quality.

    PrincipleWhat it means
Own developmentsEvery lottery is created by the Lotosport team.
ExclusivityLotosport lotteries are available only on the Lotosport platform.
Single ecosystemParticipation is possible only through the platform balance, which is topped up with the LGT token.

A lottery participant goes through five steps on the platform:

    1. Buys LGT on a trading venue and transfers it to the platform.
    2. Tops up the balance: LGT is credited as LGTG at the market rate of LGT.
    3. Takes part in a lottery using the LGTG balance.
    4. Receives a win: all winnings are paid out on the platform in LGTG.
    5. Withdraws funds: LGTG is converted into LGT at the market rate, by the same rule as the deposit, only in the opposite direction. Holding LGTG or a prize for more than 24 hours without taking part in lotteries may incur a fee under the Platform Rules.

There are no withdrawal limits. The platform keeps developing: the range of lotteries and the geography of operations are expanding.

    5LGT and LGTG tokens

The project has two units with different roles: LGT is traded on the market, while LGTG exists only inside the platform.

    ParameterLGTLGTG
What it isthe project's token on the Axiome networkthe platform's internal unit of account
Pricemarket price, determined by tradingset at launch: 1 LGTG = $0.06
Where it is usedbalance top-ups, staking, withdrawaltaking part in lotteries, payment of winnings
Tradingon trading venuesnot traded, not subject to direct withdrawal

Any conversion between the units is made at the market price of LGT at the time of the operation. Top-ups and withdrawals work symmetrically: a deposit converts LGT into LGTG, a withdrawal converts LGTG back into LGT by the same rule.

number of LGTG = number of LGT × LGT price in USDT ÷ 0.06

Here the LGT price is the market price of one LGT in USDT. An illustrative example, not a price forecast: at an LGT price of 0.03 USDT, one LGT equals 0.5 LGTG, and 100 LGTG yield 200 LGT on withdrawal.

Because LGTG is not traded and can be withdrawn only by converting it into LGT, the participant always receives the token at the current market rate, not at a pre-set rate.

Purpose of LGTG. LGTG is the platform's internal unit of account, intended for taking part in Lotosport lotteries. The lotosport.one platform is not a means of storing funds or preserving their value, and it does not provide services that protect lottery participants from changes in the LGT price.

Fee for holding without participation. If LGTG purchased by a lottery participant, or a part of them, were not used to purchase lottery tickets, or if the amount of a prize received is held on the platform for more than 24 hours without being used to purchase lottery tickets, then upon a subsequent withdrawal of funds the Platform Operator may deduct a fee from the withdrawal amount. The amount of the fee and the procedure for calculating it are determined by the Platform Rules published on the lotosport.one website. This does not introduce any limits on the amount or frequency of withdrawals.

LGTG rate. The rate of 1 LGTG = $0.06 is fixed as of the platform launch date and may be changed by the lottery organizer in the event of material changes in the LGT rate. The procedure for changing the rate is determined by the Platform Rules.

    6Tokenomics: supply and allocation

The LGT supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 tokens: no additional issuance is planned. There is no separate prize fund in tokens.

Allocated shares are not sold: the project sells only LGT received as profit from lottery sales (see section 7).

    7Principles for handling the token

Four rules apply at all stages of the project.

    1. The project sells only the profit it receives.Only LGT received as profit from lottery sales is sold. Tokens from the allocation are not sold.
    2. The team is frozen for 3 years. The team's tokens (100,000,000 LGT) are locked for 3 years; the freeze is confirmed by a public address and, where possible, implemented by a time-lock contract. After that, the tokens are released in tranches over 12 months.
    3. All winnings are paid out in LGTG.Winnings are credited on the platform in LGTG; conversion into LGT takes place only on withdrawal.
    4. There are no withdrawal limits.Participants should be kept in the ecosystem by incentives, not restrictions: staking and the option to leave LGT for topping up the balance. A fee may be charged only for holding without taking part in lotteries, under the Platform Rules.

Payouts in LGTG do not create one-time pressure on the token market: the participant chooses when to withdraw and how much to convert.

    8Staking

Staking opens as a separate stage after the platform launch. The participant locks LGT and receives a reward for holding the token.

    • Source of rewards. 25% of supply, 250,000,000 LGT, is allocated to staking.
    • Role in the token economy. Staking encourages holding LGT rather than selling it right after withdrawing a win. This restrains pressure on the market instead of withdrawal limits.
    • Terms. The size of rewards and lock-up periods are determined before staking opens and published in advance.

    9Roadmap

The project goes through five stages. The timing of the stages has not been fixed and will be announced separately.

    1. Token launch.

LGT enters the market on the Axiome network and is traded on Axiome Trade.

    2. Platform launch.

The lottery platform is launched and then continuously developed.

    3. Opening of staking.

After the platform launch, staking opens: a reward for holding LGT.

    4. Geographic growth.

The platform expands its presence and attracts new lottery participants. Audience growth draws attention to the token, because it is needed to top up the balance. A new country is opened after legal analysis and, where required, a local permit.

    5. Other trading venues.

Listing the LGT token on other trading venues begins once trading volume is sufficient.

    10Transparency and licensing

The platform operator is Lotosport Software Limitada. The company operates under an Internet Gaming License issued by the Anjouan Gaming Board.

    • Team tokens. The 3-year freeze is confirmed by a public address; where possible, the tokens are placed in a time-lock contract.
    • Token operations. The history of LGT transfers is open on the Axiome blockchain.
    • Project sales. The project sells only LGT received as profit from lotteries and does not sell allocated shares.
    • Conversion rules. The LGT–LGTG conversion rate is tied to the market price and is the same in both directions.
